Rules and Regulations With all Details :
1. As per government guidelines, the age of
superannuation, which is 60 years, applies to all positions.
2. Applications must be submitted to the
Pre-RecruitmentSection-HR Department MTI-HMC, together with a comprehensive
bio-data, an academic I experience I domicile certificates, 02 current pictures,
and a fully attested CNIC photocopy.
3. Applicants who have received honors in
university (not college) must include an authentic document or proof with their
application.
4. Application forms can be found at
http://www.hmckp.gov.pk/downloads.php on the HMC website. and will be sent to
the (pre-recruitment Section-HR Department - MTI-HMC) together with a bank
draught and a pay order made out to the Hospital Director-MTI-HMC.
5. Completed applications with attested
documentation should be delivered to the undersigned physically or via
registered courier service on or before the deadline. Even if the bank
draft/payment is received within the due day, the documents will not be accepted
if they arrive after the due date.
6. Only those candidates who have been
shortlisted will be contacted for an interview. Shortlisting will be
accomplished through a written test, pre-interview marks, or both.
7. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching
Institutions Reform Act 2015 will control their services (amended from time to
time).
8. If a civil servant's government service is
terminated, he or she must retire from it of their selection in MTI-HMC
9. If the deadline for receipt of application
forms falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next
working day.
10. Any application received after the deadline
will be rejected.
11. The Scrutiny Committee has the authority to
reject incomplete applications. Candidates who are dissatisfied with their
results can file a complaint with the HMC's competent form for review. The
competent form's judgment in this regard shall be final.
12. Work experience Only those candidates with the relevant subject I field experience will be given marks, and experience will be
counted after the prescribed prerequisites for the position (s).
13. If there are a high number of candidates,
MTI-HMC may hold a screening examination to narrow down the field. The results
of the screening, the exam will be given no weight and will only be used to reduce
the number of candidates to a reasonable number for the interview.
14. If any candidate is found ineligible in any
respect under the regulations following the screening test, his or her
candidature will be terminated, regardless of whether he or she appeared in the
screening test or passed it.
15. If a candidate is
(a)
Convicted by a court of law, he or she may be disqualified or excluded from the
interview process.
b) Fired from the government service.
(c) Willfully provides misleading information. (d)
Withholds any information that could lead to his disqualification.
(e) Makes an effort to gain support for his or
her cause (candidature by improper means). (f) Submits fraudulent documents.
(g) Tempers with his/ her age and academic
certifications, among other things. (h) Behaves inappropriately during the
interview.
16. At the time of the interview, original
documents should be produced.
17. Selected applicants' service will be for a period
of one year, with the option to prolong it with the consent of BoG's MTI-HMC.
18. After the candidates have been chosen, the
terms and conditions of employment will be set.
19. The responsible authority has the
jurisdiction to enlarge, decrease or even cancel the post based on the
requirements.
MTI-HMC has a requirement.
20. No TA/DA is permitted during the
test/interview.
21. The deadline for submitting
an application for the mentioned advertisement is 14.06.2021.
